• Strain gauging of customer supplied or designed load bearing components, to provide 'transducer-isation' for integral strain / force measurement.
• Strain gauging of force transducers, designed for known performance parameters, to be calibrated and integrated into precision force / torque / pressure measurement systems.
• Internal strain gauging (commonly known as 'down-hole' gauging) of load monitoring pins (clevis pins or shackle pins), including both the conversion of existing load bearing pins into force measurement sensors, and custom designed replacement load pins.
• Design & manufacture of bespoke force transducers & load cells, from a single item for a specific application, to longer term OEM solutions.
• Calibrations from 1N to 600kN in tension mode and from 1N to 3000kN in compression mode, with traceability to National Standards.
